This proposal by Karpeles should be framed in the interests of those who were directly affected by the MtGox scandal. /r/mtgoxinsolvency is an active subreddit dedicated to creditors of MtGox who want to follow up with the “formal MtGox Insolvency process being run out of Tokyo through the Japanese court system.”
