Bitcoin is 'definitely not a fraud,' CEO of mobile-only bank Revolut says

- Bitcoin is similar to commodities like gold and oil, Revolut CEO Nikolay Storonsky said.
- Storonsky has previously told CNBC that cryptocurrency support will be launched on the Revolut app by late November, early December.
- His comments come as the start-up announces a record 1 million users signed up to its platform.

"They are definitely not a fraud," Nikolay Storonsky said in an interview Tuesday. Revolut's co-founder said that, though people are less likely to use bitcoin in everyday transactions, the same could be said for commodities like gold.
